Shipping Policy

At Dahliora, we want to be upfront about how your order gets to you so there are no surprises along the way.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of purchase. Orders are sent directly to our fulfillment supplier, which means we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your shipping address and order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Shipping Options and Costs

We currently offer two shipping options at checkout. Standard Shipping is available for $4.99 and Priority Shipping for $9.99. Occasional shipping discounts may be applied automatically at checkout depending on current promotions.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows. Standard Shipping typically takes 10 to 20 business days. Priority Shipping typically takes 7 to 14 business days. These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, local postal services, customs clearance and any unforeseen delays outside of our control. During busy periods such as public holidays, deliveries may take longer than usual.

Order Tracking

At this time, orders do not come with a tracking number. If you have concerns about your delivery, please reach out to us and we will do our best to look into it for you.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

Dahliora ships globally and your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees upon arrival in your country. As we are currently reviewing our policy on this, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you have any concerns. Any fees levied by customs are outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the customs process.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost or has been held up significantly beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@dahliora.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We handle these situations on a case by case basis and will always work with you to find a fair resolution.
