Return and Refund Policy

At Dahliora, we want you to feel confident every time you order. If something is not right, we are here to sort it out.

Eligibility for returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, unopened and unused, with all original packaging intact. Any item that has been opened, used or shows signs of wear cannot be accepted for a return.

How to request a return

To start a return, please contact us within your 30-day window either by emailing us at contact@dahliora.com or through the contact form on our website. Include your order number and the reason for your return and we will get back to you with the next steps.

Please do not send anything back without hearing from us first. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be processed.

Your options when a return is accepted

Once your return is approved, you can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for another item. Just let us know which you prefer when you get in touch and we will take care of the rest.

Return shipping costs

If you are returning a product because you changed your mind or it is no longer needed, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. If the item you received is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping in full. In either case there are no restocking or handling fees on our end.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive the item back. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If 14 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still have not received it, please check with your bank first and then reach out to us at contact@dahliora.com.

Defective or damaged items

If your Dahliora device arrives defective, damaged or not working as it should, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at contact@dahliora.com or through our contact form. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue, along with a photo if possible.

We will send you a free replacement at no cost to you. You will not need to return the defective item in most cases, though we may ask for photographic evidence to process the replacement.

Order cancellations

All orders are final once placed. We are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted, as orders are processed promptly after purchase. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us as quickly as possible at contact@dahliora.com and we will do our best to help, though we cannot guarantee any changes can be made once an order is in the system.

Items that cannot be returned

Any product that has been opened or used is not eligible for a return, regardless of the reason. This is a hygiene and safety requirement given the nature of our products.
